Registration Fees (USD) for Overseas Participants

  • Residents of Thailand: Registration information will be sent to you separately.
  • The conference fee for non-residents of Thailand for either venue includes membership/fees for both PacCALL and APACALL, the banquet, morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas during the conference.
  • The student fee, for those with a current student registration and who are NOT concurrently fully employed is 50% of the standard fees. The fee for accompanying individuals allows full participation in meals and social events.
  • Non-attending presenters, who contribute via a virtual presentation such as an uploaded Powerpoint Presentation are charged $60 to have their materials available on the website and to be eligible for inclusion in any post-conference publications.
  • Fees are preferably paid via Paypal. A Paypal account is not required; only a valid credit card is needed. See this example for where to click on the Paypal site. Information on alternate payment methods can be found at the bottom of this screen.
  • Conference presenters need not fill in any application form. We already have your information.
  • Names are not required for accompanying individuals; they will be registered in the name of the credit card holder.
  • Non-presenting participants are asked to register their particulars by creating an account on this site.
  • In cases where the credit card holder's name is different from that of the participant, please notify the treasurer via e-mail at treasurer@glocall.org.
NOTE: For those paying via PayPal, you will receive acknowledgment of your payment from the GLoCALL organizers within 2-3 days. For other payment options, please send a brief message to <treasurer@glocall.org> to notify GLoCALL of your email address. Acknowledgment of payment will take slightly longer for bank payments.
