It is recommended that other participants stay in the "Old Quarter" in downtown Hanoi which is an inexpensive 30-45 minute ride by to HANU depending on traffic conditions. The Hoa Binh Palace Hotel is recommended but there are other clean hotels in the vicinity where you can have a room with Internet access for less than $30 U.S. Check the reviews on the various Internet hotel reservations sites. Ho Chi Minh CitySEAMEO RETRAC is located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City near numerous hotels of varying quality and price. The less expensive hotels are a bargain, but unfortunately, they do not accept block bookings, so participants are asked to make their own hotel arrangements. The hotels listed below are all within easy walking distance of the RETRAC conference site. Most hotels provide WiFi connectivity. Hotels nearest RETRAC (rates will vary)
