Conference Registration
- Residents of Vietnam, please contact the following individuals for registration information. The information on this page is for overseas presenters:
- Hanoi: Pham Minh Nguyet, Asst. to the President. dhhn@hanu.vn
- Ho Chi Minh City: Sorry, registration is closed for fee-waived participants,with 200 registered teachers. Participants willing to pay the standard participation fee are still being accepted.
- The conference fee for non-residents of Vietnam for either venue includes membership in both PacCALL and APACALL, meals and refreshments during the conference.
- The student fee, for those with a current student registration and who are NOT concurrently fully employed is 50% of the standard fees. The fee for accompanying individuals allows full participation in meals and social events.
- Non-attending presenters, who contribute via a virtual presentation such as an uploaded Powerpoint Presentation are charged $50 to have their materials available on the website and to be eligible for inclusion in any post-conference publications.
- A separate rate scale and method of payment in local currency will be posted shortly for citizens of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. All other participants are requested to pay in U.S. dollars.
- Fees are paid via Paypal. A Paypal account is not required; only a valid credit card is needed.
- Conference presenters need not fill in any application form. We already have your information.
- Names are not required for accompanying individuals; they will be registered in the name of the credit card holder.
- Non-presenting participants are asked to register their particulars by creating an account on this site.
- In cases where the credit card holder's name is different from that of the participant, please notify the treasurer via e-mail at treasurer@glocall.org.
