If you bought an earlybird ticket as presenter from Peatix before 29th May 2019, kindly complete the attached form and send it back to me. The earlier form you completed is not sufficient. The local organizing committee needed extra information such as your nationality and passport number in order for them to apply for approval from the local authority to host GLoCALL 2019.
